Drum & Chant Meditation w/ Maryann

This event is limited to 12 people as it is in our living room! An experiential gathering with Maryann and Michael Moses. Please join us for a meditative evening of chanting and drumming. We'll begin with an extended vocal meditation as a way of moving into deep, inward listening and centeredness. We'll continue with sanskrit chanting with Maryann on harmonium and Michael Moses on percussion and also explore drumming together from a still and silent place. Please try to arrive at 6:45pm so that we may get our many dogs & cats & selves settled in for the evening. Dress comfortably - we'll be sitting on the floor (but chairs are also available.) Thank you. Please note on march 14th it's Daylight Savings Time.
