    I tried the black eyeliner from Shades of Monet and fell in love with it! It?s so soft when you put it on that you can go light or dark without hurting yourself!!! But It was becoming a little inconvenient for me to keep ordering it…

    Pros: Great product!!! Delivered quickly!! Great Price!! Cons: Can only order from online
